For Anyone : Thank You to Big Sur & Firefighters
Thank You to all who have fought the fire and to all those still fighting.
I want to let all my old friends in Big Sur know that I am thinking of you. I am so deeply moved by the Big Sur Community, especially by the way you all pull together and look out for one another. Having grown up in Carmel, I have so many fond memories of getting to know the people and places in Big Sur.
I now live in the East Bay across from SF, but I left my heart in Big Sur.
Please be safe and keep the faith.
Thank you all for working so hard to preserve the beauty and wildness of Big Sur.
When the smoke clears and the ashes settle, I hope I can come down and help you in any way I can.
Until then, I will pray for you and yours.
